I’m becoming addicted to Tik Tok. It’s so much fun, but I have so much I have to figure out. My videos are, meh, I need to figure out the sound because, for some reason, I’m not getting the opportunity to lower the volume of the music so you can hear me more. I have to figure that out.

Listen, I’m not proud of myself, but my numbers are coming down already. My average BS on Monday was 201 (I know that is awful but just stick with me here); on Tuesday, it was 157. It’s just proof that the walking and the keto thing works. My number this morning is already a lot less than it was on Monday morning. I’m getting there and feeling better about it.

I’m not going to lie, I’m still really frightened by this virus, especially since I have diabetes. I spoke to a really good friend yesterday and she told me that she and her entire family have it. She said it was horrible. I have another friend that wants me to go on a day trip in a couple of weeks, and it makes me nervous. I just have to take it one day at a time and keep doing what I’m doing.

Yesterday, I made a chaffle. It’s an egg and cheese mixture that you put in the waffle maker. You can use it as bread. I keep seeing about it on Tik Tok but had never made it. This will be my new thing, and of course, I had to make a video about it. I used the roast beef that I’d cooked the night before, and it was perfecto!

For dinner last night, I air-fried some chicken legs, and then I made teriyaki cauliflower rice with onions, carrots, green beans, cauliflower rice, bacon, scallions, and teriyaki sauce.
